Manny Pacquiao presents the PacMania Open 9-Ball Championships winner gets $10,000 in prize money. The event will take place at Hard Times Billiards in Bellflower, CA on Oct 31-Nov 1, 2009
This event will be sponsored by Tiger Cues and covered by ESPN and The Action Report (TAR).
The charity benefit event will include special guest players: Efren “Bata” Reyes, Francisco “Django” Bustamante, and Jose “Amang” Parica
This event will be topped off with Manny Pacquiao making a personal appearance to challenge the tournament winner.
