Unlike Mayweather, Paulie Malignaggi has the “Balls” to fight Pacquiao

Floyd Mayweather Jr. who claims to be the best of the best, unbeatable and superior to anyone in the game past or present will not go through with the March 13 fight against Manny Pacquiao, but Paulie Malignaggi who also claimed Pacquiao is on some type of steroid or performance enhancing drugs is willing and confident enough to face Pacquiao.

I just read an article by GMAnews.tv the brave Italian American light welterweight Paulie “Magic Man” Malignaggi believes there is always a way to win against a great fighter like Manny Pacquiao “I know Manny is a great fighter but I can always find a way to beat him, you saw me how I beat Juan Diaz.” said Malignaggi.

Malignaggi is known for his bouts with Miguel Cotto, Ricky Hatton and two fights against Juan Diaz is so willing to take the fight with Pacquiao that he is even willing to take multiple blood tests “I am even willing to submit to blood test 10 times a day before the fight if I am going to face Manny or Mayweather, but I won’t mind if Manny refuses to submit to a blood test the day before the fight. If Manny wants to submit to a blood test a month before the fight, it’s not a problem with me.”

If Mayweather Jr. is so confident in himself and has never handpicked fights he knows he can win, why is he making such a big deal about this drug testing stuff?

Maybe deep down Mayweather Jr. is insecure and not really confident in himself that he can back up his own fathers words that “with or without Steroids Floyd Mayweather Jr can beat Manny”

Wait a minute…you’re basically saying Mayweather is a coward because he won’t fight a guy that’s suspected of cheating??? What kind of messed up logic is that? At least say that you don’t think that Pacman is on steroids. No your point is that basically, it doesn’t matter if he cheats. I think you need to rethink your argument.

I think that you have a problem with your mindset. The only person making a big deal of the blood test is Pacquiao.

If you have nothing to hide, do the damn test or forever shut your mouth and fight those who are ready to fight a dope man for money.

Mayweather is his own man. Be clean and fight him or go fight someone else.

    Big Daddy!
If he has nothing to hide he has nothing to prove either.
Why are you, the mayweather camp and the cross dressing Dela hoya talking as if Manny needs to clear his name, these are allegations from a convicted fellon loud mouth, and what is wrong with taking the blood test immediately after the fight? If I accuse Dela Hoya of being cross dressing gay, does he need to clear his name?(though I found pictures to prove it)
I know they’re scared of pacman’s unusual power, but that doesn’t mean he’s into anything unless you make a conclusion that asians can’t be stronger than blacks which is racist. If Mayweather really wants to fight, he should be reasonable, else just barrow a dress from Oscar and the two of them have a tea party.

Ok so you’re in an airport and are suddenly suspected of hiding something. will you agree to them giving you a rectal exam? and if you did do you think it will not affect you psychologically? you can’t just accuse people of cheating when their is no proof

Point is, some people want the best boxer ever to walk on this planet – Mayweather – to lose so bad that they are ready to tolerate someone on steroid fighting him.

The fact that they want an enhanced man to fight Mayweather confirms that Mayweather can’t be beaten by normal human.

No one is accusing anyone of cheating. Relax Pacquiao guys. Calm down.

Let’s get our heads straight. We all want this fight to be clean. Whatever it takes to make this fight a clean one should be welcomed by all. Since the Olympic-style testing is the most rigorous of its kind, let’s welcome it.

Do you have a problem with that?

Mayweather unretired the day before the Pacquiao-Hatton fight, and quickly regretted the next day after seeing how Pacquiao demolished Dela Hoya causing him to retire. Mayweather knows he himself hardly beat Dela Hoya on a split decision which many felt should have gone the other way. His fear got magnified when Pacquiao then demolished Hatton in just two rounds. He said to himself “oh, wow! Bummers!” When Cotto remarked that that punch could have KO’d Tyson, Mayweather was already desperately planning his getaway. Pacquiao next gave Cotto the worst beating of his life, worse than what Magarito did to him. Floyd Jr vomited every day for two weeks straight. When Floyd Sr unwittingly commented that nobody can beat Pacquiao; to be strong like superman (or something like it), he must be on something, Floyd Jr broke down in tears.
    Dad, “I’m scared.”
“Don’t worry, we’ll think of something,” Sr answered
Meanwhile Mayweather continues talking macho for all to see, like a Chihuahua that barks and charges at pit bulls, knowing they are on the other side of the fence. But now Mayweather’s fence is collapsing. It seems that every time they rewire it and add more barb wire, Pacquiao untangles it. The enemy is closing in! Call in the last line of defense!
“But, Dad,” lil Floyd Jr said, “Pacquiao’s been tested so many times and has always come out clean.”
“I have an idea,” responded big Floyd, “this time we’ll demand Olympic-style blood test.”
“Oh, geez, you know he’s gonna pass that too.”
“It’s just the first part. We then demand background checks on all those who did the testing.”
“But they will never agree; they are doctors, nurses, med technologists under professional code.”
    “You are learning, son.”
Now Mayweather’s defense is impenetrable, not only inside the ring, but outside it too.

Disjointed article. You’re already insinuating a fighter is juiced without a shred of proof. Mayweather’s no coward but he’s an idiot for losing all that money the Pacfight would have brought. He could have just jabbed and danced his way to a 50 mil payday win or lose. And just think of the rematch possibilities! Malignaggi don’t deserve a fight with the Filipino Dynamo. Bring on “I’m nobody’s sparring partner” Alexander or the super welt champ Foreman and let’s add to the Pacquiao legend.

With all the recent debacles regarding athletes and steroids I don’t see how a call for more efficient testing for a fighter that’s suspected of “doping” is such a big deal and bob arum and company act as if what mannys done is normal its unprecedented which call for questioning considering what we the fans have witnessed in sports this decade

on the real I aint no Floyd Fan but I can relate way more to Pacquiao cause I grew up in one of the worst hoods in New Orleans and Pac to me came from the same dirty streets like I did and made something of himself the right way and is a good fighter with tons of heart.
Floy just being a sissy and trying to look for a way out Pacman tested clean 11 times I feel really this is sad on Mayweather part.

In America we need better Black Role Models and just cause Money May is black dont mean he is my role model Forget that! I support Pacman for real on this steroid BS.

Pacman do your thing playa you a man of God and you really made me into a big boxing fan.

    Much Love

Why would Manny being subject to the same kind of drug testing as mayweather cause such a big problem/disadvantage, unless the Pacquiao camp are that threatened by their chances against mayweather they are over reacting and acting paranoid. If miguel cotto couldn’t weaken pacquiao how is a small amount of drawn blood going to do anything?

Floyd Jr. is dying scared to lose his clean record,he needs to hand pick his opponents. He thinks Pacquiao is the fighter who can defeat him and can change his undefeated record. He needs to make unrealistic demand so that the fight will not push through.

This is the first time that Mayweather has asked his opponent to undergo stringent steroid examination. It just goes to show that he is afraid of Pacquiao and trying to find excuse to evade him. Pacquiao being an “enhanced” man is just an allegation. Even if it’s true, it does not rule out the fact that Mayweather himself is using steroids eventhough he is willing to submit to the stringent tests. These tests have a high rate of false negative and are not reliable to provide fair treatment. Had Pacquiao been an easy opponent, Mayweather wouldn’t be asking for these foolish tests.

Mayweather is digging and digging deep to find a way to call off the fight while protecting his image of not being a ducker. Manny has agreed to blood test anytime accept 48 hrs before the fight. To me, that’s still a bit close, 1 week prior to the fight would be fair; that’s a reasonable offer, however, mayweather’s camp won’t accept it. They want the cut-off date to be on the day of the fight, which is ridiculous. What can you do a week before the fight with all the press conference? taking PEDS won’t help because you’re not training. Manny did offer A test immediately after the fight which is pretty much the same as a test on the day of the fight, but did Mayweather agree? no, he refused. Mayweather is playing dirty; he’s forcing Manny to fight a fight that’s he’s not comfortable with.

I honestly think the root of all these EVIL is Mayweather Sr. Let’s not forget how he predicted Manny’s previous opponents to win even by knockouts. He was so sure Hatton would win against Manny but was proven wrong again. I think this defeat of the boxer he trained and believed would win not only diminished his credibility as trainer/coach but also made him lose face when Freddie Roach was named the better coach. He now makes excuses and accuses Manny of using drugs. One thing, for sure he’s using his son Jr for all these fiasco about blood test for his own redemption. I pity these father and son because they don’t accept defeat graciously and they will do anything just to avoid defeat. Go Manny…sue the Mayweathers. sue them big that they’d settle to fight you even just for 80-20 purse in order to pay all their bills.

In general, Mayweather is a coward boxer! He fights only if he thinks he has a big chance to win. Manny is willing to give blood 30 days before the fight and AFTER THE FIGHT!! Its not enough? MAYWEATHER making only an EXCUSES! Why? Because he doubt if he gonna win to PACQUIAO!! That’s real reason why GAYWEATHER IS SCARED TO FIGHT he makes excuses to escape the fight to happen.

I keep hearing this..Manny do the damn test! STOP!!!For all you dumb and stupid Mayweather fans I will write this in bold letters: MANNY PACQUIAO IS WILLING TO SUBMIT HIMSELF TO A BLOOD TEST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIGHT AND IMMEDIATELY SOON AFTER THE FIGHT. If this is not acceptable enough then no wonder you all are Mayweather fans. Same feathers flock together!

This test only requires no more than a tablespoon to be drawn per test. It’s not like donating blood when you give a pint. With the trillions of red blood cells in your blood stream. Which are the cells that transfer oxygen throughout your body. A tablespoon will have no effect on you at all. If they’re so concerned about red blood cell count, drink lots of water and take iron supplements. For Pacquiao to make such a big issue over a tablespoon of blood is ridiculous. Just agree to it and get the whinning over with. I’m hoping this is just another publicity stunt. But if it isn’t Pacquiao’s drawing alot of speculation. For your information not all drugs can be detected in the urine. The NSAC has failed plenty of times to detect illegal substances in the past. As a current example, remember Shane Mosley?

To Dendenden,et al, who thinks Manny is on steroids because he is resisting blood tests. In his loss to Morales, a blood test was drawn from the Pacman a week before the fight. IT IS DOCUMENTED IN ARTICLES AFTER THE FIGHT THAT MANNY FELT THAT THE BLOOD TEST MADE HIM FEEL WEAK. Whether this is scientifically sound or not is not the point. If blood testing has affected his psyche, then it is understandable why he is resistant to blood tests close to the fight. But, Manny has compromised by allowing blood tests but not the many blood tests that USADA is allowed to take at any time even up to the fight day.

Going back to the fear of blood tests, let’s say you and I are being tested as to who is most athletic and we both have a choice on what events to include. If I am afraid of heights for some reason, I would naturally resist events that involve heights. This is the case with the Pacman and there are, once again, documentation of him saying that the blood test during the Morales fight made him weak.

Once again, Manny has compromised and has allowed blood testing even though he has never test positive by NSAC standards. Give the man a break

These arguments are nuts. The maywheathers are not the first to accuse pacqiuao of doping. You’re making excuses is you say that a spoonful of blood is going to weaken you before a fight. He is not complaining about 48 hours before the fight, they are complaining about 30 days before the fight. Pac’s camp has said that he doesn’t want a blood test 30 days before the fight. That is real suspicious.

pacquiao is willing to take a blood 30 days before and immediately after the fight..this is the better way to detect if pacquiao using or not a ped cause stiil fresh on the body…but mayweather rejected again this kind of proposal..so means maywearther only using the ped allegation to scape the fight ..sorry but their is the conclusion,, imagine floyd how good are you if you defeat someone using ped on the ring after you rise you hand up, this is, if pacquiao really used ped..your not the champ floyd..dont demand anything, as a fighter face the current p4p champ..
