No matter what happens if Pacquiao wins or loses to Floyd Mayweather Jr. (if the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight does get made for March, 13, 2010), I would like to see Zab Judah vs. Manny Pacquiao next.
Zab Judah and Pacquiao are of similar age, both are explosive, fast, power punching southpaws and the fight is guaranteed to give the fans their moneys worth.
Styles make fights and Zab and Pacquiao both have the style for an exciting shoot em up fight.
Zab’s downside is his mental game and his tendency to fade past 5 rounds.
Pacquiao’s main weakness is his defense and leaving himself open by over committing to his punches.
I for one don’t think Manny Pacqiuiao should retire yet, he is in his prime and has at least 3 good years left in him.
It would be a shame to lose boxing’s version of Tiger Woods(before the sex scandals) to Philippine politics.
Boxing needs a guy like Manny Pacquiao now more then ever.

Zab would eat Wacquiao alive. Especially if he has to take random blood testing for the fight.
Wacquiao
that would be a crazy fun fight to watch, depending on how zab does july 16 in newark, nj would determine the type of fight that judah-pac would be
@DJ – either you’re coltrane or vallaeboy…zab will get eaten alive and quit before 6 rounds
LOL oh shit DJ is from Guard your grill boxing?
Thats coltrane man WACKQUIAO!!!!!
lol thats Coltranes trademark son.
good shit
Zab vs Pac would be an awesome fight for real def worth the 60 bucks.
Pacquiao would make Zab Judah dance the chicken dance before murdering him with a big left.
I’ve been beating the drums for this fight for a while now. I think Zab has as good a shot as anyone not named Mayweather at beating Pacquiao.
Yes, he has the skills and has the style to be effective, but his mental state will always be a question until proven otherwise. I will say, however, that he definitely showed some true grit and courageous spirit in the Cotto fight. Let’s hope that wasn’t a fly-by-night thing.
That said, I think there are several reasons why this fight won’t be made. Firstly, I think win or lose (especially lose), a rematch with Mayweather is going to be the first fight that Manny is going to want. Secondly, Zab has shown that he’s not at his most effective at 147 lbs. He’s a natural junior welterweight and 140 is where he’d be at his best. With the recent talk of Pacquiao moving up to 154 to fight Foreman if the Floyd fight doesn’t pan out, it seems as though Manny and his team are more inclined to try and get a belt at 154 than to move back down to 140 to fight Zab.
I’m a huge Zab fan, and I think the next big fights for him are Khan, Marquez, Diaz, or Malignaggi. That said, I’d be there in a flash if Pacman-Judah ever gets put together.
judah got speed but manny has speed and power, that’s what make him dangerous.
Like Floyd, it is not your call.
Judah sucks!!!
leroy you can tell that you a pac tard
cause Zab Judah has power too and is way faster then pacquioa
Anyone who thinks Judah can’t crack doesn’t know a whole lot about Zab Judah. He at least rivals Pacquiao in both speed and power.
I gotta agree Big V, Pac just to me has better footwork his feet are fast and can really mess your timing up
I agree Floyd, but I think it’s more that Pacquiao is deliberate with his movement than it is about just footwork and footspeed. Recently, every step Pacquiao takes is in order to set up a specific punch or to evade one.
Zab has generally just milled around the outside looking for a counter opportunity or an opening to let his hands go. But then again, you never know what to expect from Judah.
FAT CHANCE…ZAB is just another loud mouth NEEGROO!! Screw the Americans although I am also.
It would be very entertaining to see for the SHORT WHILE it lasts:
Remember Kosta Tzu who Ko’d Zab? only to get ripped by Pac.
Remember Cotto who KO’d Zab? only to get shredded by Pac.
Zab is not even in the same category.
But it WOULD be entertaining. At least the morons who think Pac couldn’t fight a “slick black fighter” might shut up for 30 seconds!
Leroy your racist plain and simple and probably wont be watching boxing when pacquiao is gone
What Happened to MEDIATION TODAY ?
That is the N E W S we fans waiting all DAY!
as for Judah (reserve it for future topic)
Tinotubol
you didnt hear? Pacquiao rejected the offer of taking blood 5 days before the fight and the fight was called off because pac demanded an apology.
Diamond,
Pacquiao never fought Tzsyu.
