This footage of Manny Pacquiao having his mandatory prefight physical was taken from the HBO 24/7 Pacquiao Vs. Hatton series and it shows Manny Pacquiao smiling while getting his blood taken.
Manny also trained hard the next day so the excuse that he gets weak for 3 days after having his blood taken during training camp is even more questionable now.
If Manny really wants to prove he is clean he should just do the same tests that Floyd Mayweather Jr. is submitting himself to. I do not get it. If Pacquiao claims to want to shut Mayweather up why not just take the USADA (U.S Anti-Doping Agency) Olympic drug tests and fight Mayweather in the ring and make a statement that way instead of pulling out of the biggest boxing event in history on March 13.
Both fighters can set a precedent that other sports can follow in taking the next step in making competition fair and equal and Steroid, Human Growth Hormone and Drug Free!

You obviously dont know what you’re talking about and you even deleted the audio for the last part. But for your gullible mind and lack of comprehension, Pacquiao is not rejecting the idea of blood testing per se. What he does not want is the randomness of the sample if it is close enough to the fight night. Of course if its random, nobody knows when it will be taken. Thus the possibility of it being taken very close to fight night and in succession in the 12 samples to be taken is a very real possibility. Only the agency knows when it will be taken. And for purposes of veracity, since GBP has special ties with the agency they are recommending, Manny would have to spill out double the amount of blood, the other half of which will have to be taken to another agency to confirm or negate a questionable conclusion of GBP’s recommended agency. That is an assurance they have to make since the results can be tampered and substitution can be made with the reputation of GBP and Floyd Gayweather. If Manny does that obviously it would have a weakening effect in his preparation.
Besides the video precisely shows that Manny has no qualms about giving blood for examination when there was no issue about it. Use your little brain and try to comprehend that if Manny is willing to give Blood right after fight night, that will tell you he has nothing to hide coz any history of steroids or HGH taken would surely show in the blood taken right after fight night. Now if your stupidity could not still understand that, i would suggest you go back to grade school and afterwards to a mental institution. Then just maybe you could beat a 5 year old in comprehension.

i just wondered an amateur governing body such as USADA will do the certification for professional athlete. this is not an olympic sanction event. if USADA will do the test- gayweather has the advantage.
