Showtime Championship Boxing is back with IBF super middleweight champion Lucian Bute vs. Brian Magee live from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Southpaw champion Lucian Bute of Romania is widely considered one of the best super middleweight’s in the world and he is undefeated with a record of (27-0, 22 KOs), Bute will defend his championship belt against fellow southpaw Brian Magee (34-3-1, 24 KOs) of Ireland.
If Bute gets by Magee on Saturday night, he sets himself up for an eventual showdown with the winner of the Super Six World Boxing Classic.
Also on the Showtime broadcast is a replay of last weeks Showtime pay-per-view Miguel Cotto vs. Ricardo Mayorga. The Cotto vs. Mayorga replay will air before the live main event of Bute vs. Magee.
