This Friday Ira Terry and Mike Perez Battle for the Cinturón Tecate Title on Solo Boxeo
WHO: While Aaron Pryor Junior defeated Librado Andrade by way of majority decision over ten rounds during the May 6 edition of “Sólo Boxeo Tecate”, fans chose Andrade as the boxer with the most character on the ring. He secured 75 percent of all votes cast via text message and Univision.com
During tonight’s “Solo Boxeo Tecate” broadcast on TeleFutura, fans will decide if Ira Terry or Mike “The Artist” Perez, a fan favorite of Puerto Rico, shows the most carácter during this week’s broadcast of “Sólo Boxeo Tecate”.
WHAT: “Cinturón Tecate” (Tecate Belt) is an award created to support the boxers who display the most carácter in the ring during the “Sólo Boxeo Tecate” broadcast each Friday night on TeleFutura. With each vote cast by fans via text message or Univision.com, boxers come closer to winning the “Cinturón Tecate,” equipment for their gym and a donation to a charity of their choice in their name. At the same time, fans become eligible to win special prizes such as gloves autographed by Oscar de la Hoya, boxing memorabilia and more.

WHERE: The “Solo Boxeo Tecate” broadcast will air on TeleFutura on Friday, May 13 at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT (10:30 p.m. CT) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.
