Undefeated boxing superstar Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr. (41-0, 25 KOs) and WBC Welterweight champion “Vicious” Victor Ortiz (29-2-2, 22 KOs) are moments away from squaring off in the biggest boxing event of the year, but first HBO and CNN will broadcast the series finale of 24/7: Mayweather vs. Ortiz on Friday, September, 16 a day before the live event.
The finale of 24/7: Mayweather vs. Ortiz will air on Friday, Sept. 16 at 9:00-9:30 p.m. ET/PT and at 12 midnight ET/PT on CNN. At 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, HBO will air a live half-hour special “24/7 Overtime Live” hosted by Jim Lampley which will include a series of interviews with people involved with the Mayweather vs. Ortiz fight on Saturday.
The HBO Pay-Per-View telecast of Floyd Mayweather vs. Victor Ortiz will be on Sept. 17, 2011 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
