Retired Judge Volunteers Reward for Urbina Case

September 17, 2013 By NB News Leave a Comment

News Update from Don Smith:

My fellow colleagues,

Retired Judge Carlos Mendoza (602-446-2558) is offering a $5,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of person(s) responsible for the brutal murder of 17 year old Alexis Urbina who was found unconscious on the floor of his South Phoenix on Tuesday, 9/3/2013. To date there are no announced investigative leads in the case. Judge Mendoza feels an infusion of cash will loosen some tongues. Mr. Mendoza plans to deposit the money in a local bank and encourage others to grow the reward amount. Call 602-446-2588 for more information. All tips can be called in at 602-264-6372.
