I am not sure of the exact date of this Philippine interview, it seems like it was post Ricky Hatton fight. In the interview Manny shows obvious interest in facing Floyd Mayweather Jr.
According to the translation captions, he says it would be ok to fight Mayweather because “I like to fight people who talk to much and shut them up”, he also believes Floyd is good, but not that good and wants to prove to everyone he is the best.

Now only if Pacman can call out Money Mayweather in public. This is the super fight everyone wants to see. The Mayweather vs. Pacquiao boxing match would generate millions of dollars in revenue and garner plenty of media attention on a global level. The attention would be great for the sport of boxing altogether and hopefully the interest in the event captures more new fans to the sport.
