Mayweather Jr. Would Box Circles Around The Pacquiao-Cotto Winner!

Everyone is talking about this Manny Pacquiao vs. Miguel Cotto fight like the winner of this fight will actually give the real pound for pound king, Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr, a tough fight!

I will tell you this coming from a boxing fan’s perspective.  First off, I ain’t no writer, but I seen the opportunity to send in my opinion on this site so I’m gonna send it in.  I won’t hold anything back because the blatant disrespect of Mayweather has got me bothered.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is the TRUTH! Plain and simple, no doubt in my mind he is the greatest.  For those who understand the sweet science of boxing, they know and can appreciate the skill and technique that Pretty Boy Floyd possesses.  If we were to compare each of these fighters to automobiles, Mayweather is a Ferrari, Pacquiao is a Hyundai and Cotto is a Ford Explorer.

Most of the people who got a problem with Floyd’s style of fighting are the same kind of people who just like to watch a bar room brawl.  The people who just wanna watch a tough man contest do not appreciate smart fighters.  Go watch UFC if you wanna watch quick sloppy knockouts.

What Floyd Mayweather Jr. would do to Pacman and Cotto would be easy work, should he face the winner.

If Pacquiao wins (I doubt that he will, dude is over rated), which will probably be a gift decision if anything.  If Pacquiao wins and faces Floyd Mayweather in the big super money fight sometime next year,  Floyd would KO him in about 6 or 7 rounds.  Pacman would come in and get countered by Floyd’s accurate timed right hand counter punches.  Floyd would toy with Pacquiao for a few rounds and finish him off after deflecting Manny’s wild street fighting punches.

If Cotto wins,  Floyd would box circles around him.  Miguel Cotto is a strong guy, but floyd would cut his face up, and every time Cotto tries to throw that body punch,  Floyd would counter it with an uppercut and back step and unleash a combo on Cotto similar to what he did against Arturo Gatti.  Mayweather would win that boxing match on a decision or tko on cuts,  I will admit Cotto will do way better than Pacman, because Pacquiao lacks real boxing skill and Cotto has a good Amateur background.

The sad part of all this is that even if Mayweather Jr. destroys either of those guys they will still find a way to discredit his wins, maybe they are envious of his hard earned money and flashy lifestyle, haters are always gonna hate.

At the end of the day, I don’t buy into the hype of Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao, he is just a little dude on protein shakes, who was blessed to have a brilliant overprotective matchmaker in Freddie Roach.  If it wasn’t for Roach hand picking Manny’s opponents, Pacquiao would never be where he is now.

Just take the fight on November 14 for what it’s worth a brawl nothing more.  I pay to see the science of boxing, hit and not get hit and for me Money Mayweather delivers every time.  With Floyd Mayweather, you are witnessing greatness at the top level.  Fighters like Floyd only come around once in a lifetime, guys like Pacquiao and Cotto come around all the time they are a dime a dozen.
