Vicious Victor Ortiz (25-2-1, 20 KO’s) of Oxnard,CA will headline the FSN, Golden Boy promoted fight card at Club Nokia, Los Angeles, California, tonight at 6:00 pm PT.
Ortiz fights at Jr. Welterweight but will face off against Hector Alatorre (16-8, 5 KO’s) at the Welterweight limit of 147. If Ortiz beats Alatorre, Golden Boy Promotions looks to pair Ortiz up against new Golden Boy acquisition, former lightweight champion Nate Campbell sometime in May. Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy Promotions says the Ortiz vs. Campbell fight is 90 percent done, all Ortiz has to do is beat Alatorre on February 25.
