Pacquiao-Clottey, Mayweather-Mosley, will Pacman vs. Mayweather happen?

Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey aka The Event is this Saturday and many people are starting to give their predictions on the fight. Ever since the fight was announced the Pac-Fans as I like to call them already started predicting another beating for Pacquiao and the Clottey supporters say this is going to be the toughest fight for Manny.

As for me, I believe Pacquiao will be too fast for Clottey. If Pacquiao can box circles around Clottey and use his speed as he always does he should do great. Don’t get me wrong I like Clottey, he is a very tough fighter, but Pacquiao obviously is a betting favorite compared to the lesser known fighter.

Now for the future, as we all know, Floyd Mayweather Jr vs. Sugar Shane Mosley “Who R U Picking?” is coming up as well, scheduled for May 1st. We know these two fighters have a history, apparently Mayweather wanted Mosley in the past and now Mosley has been chasing Mayweather for a while. Most people obviously want someone to finally shut Mayweather’s mouth including myself.

Mosley is the man people love to love and Money Mayweahter is the man people love to hate. As far as predictions go, I believe Mosley will chase Mayweather for the entire fight and Mayweather will fight like he always does by fighting in the pocket and picking his spots to counter punch. Like I said before, I would like nothing more then Mayweather being knocked out.

However, its not going to happen Floyd will win by decision over Mosley. Now, what’s going to happen to my predicted winners Mayweather and Pacquiao. For people who don’t know the fight was virtually done however Mayweather demanded that BOTH fighters underwent Olympic style or random blood test 30 days before the fight and Pacquiao refused and the fight was off, this got me thinking.

First of all, I would like to say, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Pacquiao and Freddie Roach, they are tremendous people but what I don’t agree on is that pacquiao refused to take these tests, I am not saying pacman is on steroids but if he truly isn’t what is he hiding?

Nevada has never detected anything in Pacquiao, but they only do urine tests, and blood test are far more accurate. The argument is that Pacquiao believes drawing blood before the fight makes him weaker (and that’s why he lost the first Erik Morales fight). Think about it, if he really was hungry for Mayweather like he says, he would take the tests, secondly, BOTH fighters were would have to undergo the same exact tests. So Mayweather could make the same exact argument if Pacquiao were to have made these demands.

I really get ticked off when people are saying Mayweather is afraid of Pacquiao. First of all, I think the majority of people who comment on boxing sites like these and youtube are not pro boxers, so, we cannot speak or think for someone else and secondly like I said before, again, if this fight really were to be made wouldn’t you want both fighters to be 100% drug free?  It’s only fair. That’s why I would like to conclude with me saying that all fights should require a blood test at least once before a fight.
