Looking for Havoc “The Irish Bomber” Goes Old School!

Unbeaten light heavyweight prospect Joe “The Irish Bomber” Smith Jr. is going old school taking his perfect record of 6-0, 6Ko’s back into the ring just 11 days after stopping Charles Wade last week on a Broadway boxing card at BB Kings.

Smith will be taking on Lawrence, Massachusetts rough and ready power puncher Eddie “Thunder” Caminero. Trained by “Irish” Micky Ward Caminero, 6-3, 6Ko’s is coming in fresh off a second round stoppage of Quincy, Massachusetts Chris Traietti, 8-2, 5Ko’s.

Smith from Mastic/ Shirley New York is trained by former Long Island light heavyweight standouts Gerry and Phil Capobianco who were known to go old school themselves. Brothers Capobianco together with Chris Cardona have developed “The Bomber” into a patient boxer puncher reminiscent of Bob Foster.

Staten Island New York featherweight Gary Stark Jr. 22-3, 8Ko’s takes on Panama’s upset minded Leopoldo “El Tiburon” Arrocha, 10-12-2, 6Ko’s, Brooklyn light middleweight Sadam “World Kid”Ali a New York Junior Olympic National Champion, a PAL National Champion, a U-19 National Champion, two-time New York City Golden Glove Champion and 2008 Olympian 8-0, 4Ko’s fresh off his July 16th third round destruction of Philadelphia’s “Marvelous Julias Edmonds vs TBA  6rds  and unbeaten super middleweight Lennox Allen, 12-0, 7Ko’s facing Atlanta, Georgia’s Darnell Boone, 7-15-2, 7Ko’s. The undercard also features local favorites Christian Martinez, Joselito Collado, Mike Ruiz, Michael    Lefty” Brooks and Andy Mejias.
