WEC 51: Jose Aldo vs. Manny Gamburyan
World Extreme Cagefighting takes place on September 30, 2010 at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado with a Featherweight Championship Main-Event.
Former UFC fighter and The Ultimate Fighter reality show contestant, Manvel Gamburyan, will challenge the current WEC featherweight (145lbs) champion, Jose Aldo, of Brazil.
Aldo vs. Gamburyan will also feature the US MMA debut of undefeated Chinese MMA fighter Zhang Tie Quan and the return of the popular Korean fighter, Chan Sung Jung, aka “The Korean Zombie”.
Also on the televised card is rematch between bitter rivals, Jamie Varner and Donald Cerrone, and former WEC bantamweight (135lbs) champion Miguel Angel Torres vs. Charlie Valencia.
