GRADOVICH IMPROVES TO 9-0 WITH VICTORY OVER REYES IN BATTLE AT THE BOAT 81 MAIN EVENT

TACOMA, Wash. – Super featherweight Evgeny Gradovich remained undefeated by scoring a 10-round unanimous decision over Francisco Reyes in the main event of Brian Halquist Productions’ Battle at the Boat 81 Saturday at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma.

Gradovich improved to 9-0-0 with 6 KOs with his dominating performance. The scores were 99-91, 100-90 and 99-91.

Reyes dropped to 8-2-0.

In the co-main event Donatas Bondarouas (12-2-1, 3 KOs) notched a unanimous decision over Paul Mpendo (7-7-4). All three judges scored the six-round light middleweight bout 60-54.

Highlighting the undercard was heavyweight Vincent Thompson, who registered a second-round TKO victory over Ryan Shay. Thompson improved his record to 7-0-0 with 2 KOs with the victories.

Additional Battle at the Boat 81 bouts included heavyweight Joey Montoya defeating Sylvester Barron (40-36, 40-36, 40-36); light middleweight Nate Serrano defeating Jr Delgadillo by second-round TKO (2:00) and lightweight Corben Page beating Ricardo Garcia by unanimous decision (40-36, 40-36, 40-36).
