Zbikowski will fight a much tougher opponent this time around, his opponent is Caleb Grummet a cage fighting champion in Mixed Martial Arts. Grummet weighed in at 215 pounds and will have the clear size advantage in this heavyweight four rounder over the 195 pound former Notre Dame football standout.
