Media Call: Saturday 14th May – Boxing History In The Making, Olivia Goodwin’s First Event

20 year old Olivia Goodwin will be making history, as Britain’s youngest ever professional boxing promoter, by staging the Search And Destroy event at York Hall, London on June 4th 2011.

Olivia’s event will feature two championship title bouts supported by a substantial undercard featuring fourteen bouts.

Olivia and many of the boxers taking part in this historic event, and other local boxing champions, will be available for interviews and photographs.

International Masters Champion Ryan ‘Mr Attitude’ Barrett (Thamesmead), Former IBF Intercontinental Super Middleweight title challenger Toks Owoh (Chalk Farm), Heavyweight Ali Adams (Chelsea), Cruiserweight Mitchell Balker (Beckton), Light Middleweight Nathan Weise (Thamesmead), Lightweight Sam Standing (Stevenage), Welterweight Danny Connor (Mitcham), Welterweight Brett O’Callaghan (Holloway), Middleweight Kris Agyei-Dua (Brentwood), Light Heavyweight Dan Woodgate (Minster), Super Middleweight Eder Kurti (Woolwich) Middleweight William Cayzer (London), Lightweight Michael Devine (Luton) and Lightweight Mercin Mercek (London).

Also attending will be Former IBO Light Welterweight World Champion Colin Lynes and International Masters Light Middleweight Champion Yassine El Maachi, who both compete at the Prizefighter – Welterweights on June 7th. Former European Bantamweight Champion Ian ‘Dappa’ Napa, Southern Area Cruiserweight Champion Leon ‘Solid’ Williams, Southern Area Super Middleweight Champion Daniel Cadman, Former English Light Welterweight Challenger Michael Grant,  Rising Light Middleweight prospect Erick ‘The Eagle’ Ochieng plus more local boxing stars.
