HOBOKEN, New Jersey (September 16, 2011) — FIGHT NOW TV TM – America’s only 24-hour combat sports and entertainment channel – today announced it will air Saturday’s (Sept. 17) heavyweight tilt between British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion Tyson Fury and NABA USA titlistNicolai “Stone Man” Firtha, starting at 3:45 PM/ET, live from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

“Hennessy Sports is a great boxing promotion to work with,” said Mike Garrow GM and co-founder of FIGHT NOW TV. “It always delivers action-packed events and having Fury headline this Saturday afternoon’s fight against Firtha, airing live in America, will hopefully show viewers that the heavyweight division has not gone anywhere.”

“Hennessy Sports is very happy that U.S. boxing fans will have an opportunity to watch the next great heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury, fight Nicolai Firtha live Saturday afternoon from Belfast on FIGHT NOW TV, commented Adam Harris of Hennessy Sports. “Tyson is building-up a strong fan-base in America, especially among the Irish, and exposure like FIGHT NOW TV is giving him is so valuable in terms of marketing him in the states.”

Tonight (Friday, Sept. 16), Fight NOW TV will air as part of the channel’s Every Night a Different FIGHT slot, starting at 10 PM/ET, Fury’s July 23, 2011 Pay-Per-View match-up against Dereck Chisora in London.

FIGHT NOW TV is available on Cablevision channel 464 as part of the iO Sports & Entertainment Pak!

FIGHT NOW TV will also be airing the undercard for this Saturday’s event “Star Power,” beginning LIVE at 7 PM/ET, only a short time after the Fury vs. Firtha wraps-up from Belfast.
