Floyd Mayweather Jr: How many more lies will he tell to avoid Pacquiao?

Manny Pacquiao fans are loyal to a fault. So are Floyd Mayweather Jr fans. But with Floyd fans, it is the amount of lies they will continue to accept from the master of deceit and deception, the #1 Pound for Pound Pathological Liar in the world- Floyd Mayweather Jr. A few months ago, Floyd Mayweather Jr said on an interview from another boxing website that he never accused Manny Pacquiao of taking steroids or performance enhancement drugs. Well, Floyd is not only a gifted fighter that possesses one of the greatest defensive skillsets in boxing history but he has the great uncanny ability to purposely UN-recall what he said before. Either Floyd Jr is a master liar or suffers from a rare form of amnesia that afflicts young boxers from Grand Rapids, Michigan where Floyd was born. Just a few months ago, to kick off his fight against current WBC welterweight Champ Victor Ortiz, Floyd Jr stood on podium basking in the glory of himself, clearly told the press and the world “I only wanna fight the biggest and the best out there and MANNY PACQUIAO, YES YOU’RE NEXT!!” Lets’ jump back to the current times, Floyd Jr was being interviewed in his gym and a reporter told Floyd Jr that Manny agreed to the test and they (Floyd and Manny) are fighting next. And Floyd Jr responded by telling the reporter, “I never said that. I never said that at all. So don’t put word in my mouth because the media is good for doing that.”

After listening to Floyd Jr, The Superstar will ask all his fans, how long will you tolerate the lies that seem to be never ending coming from “Pretty Boy Fibber” Floyd? The Superstar wonders who will be the one to step up in Floyd’s team (actually more accurate “yes men”) and tell Pretty Boy Fibber, “STOP THE DAMN LIES!!” Or anyone who is willing to stand up to what needs to be said. RA The Rugged Man was the only one to really gave Floyd Jr an ear full of truth, with his mixture of boxing history lesson enhanced with RA’s blunt New York attitude and finely added profanity that Floyd Jr can only understand was the only way Floyd Jr was humbled and giving up knowing he was licked.

The Superstar and also the millions and millions of boxing fans are awaiting for this Pacquiao vs. Mayweather megafight to happen. With all the roadblocks seeming to have been resolved, mainly the drug testing issue since Manny formally announced he is willing to take the test all the way up to the fight. Even recently when Manny was interviewed by ESPN, the drug testing issue came up and Manny made a public announcement saying the drug testing issues have been met and the only thing that is holding up is the money. The profit sharing and the purse. Basically who gets what and how much.

That interview was reinforced when Manny Pacquiao told Mike Marley a reporter and writer for Examiner.com that he agreed to the testing demand from Floyd Mayweather months ago.

You will think Floyd Mayweather Jr will finally say “Ok, You agreed to the test. Let’s fight.” But no!!! Hold on!!! Now Floyd Jr is saying he never said Manny is next and then added “If Amir Khan gets past Jessie Vargas, then he has a fight (with Floyd Jr).” Just how many times will Floyd Jr let boxing and its fans be treated like we are jerks and chumps? The sport of boxing does not belong to Floyd, and it is about time we as fans of boxing should boycott his fights due to his arrogance and unwilling to give boxing and its fans the fight of our time. Showering us with his never ending lies and contradictions. Many boxing fans have already turned their back on Floyd Jr who were once his fans. The few hardcore Floyd Jr fans will continue to buy his lies and give him all the excuses. While making up lies that it is Manny Pacquiao holding up the fight which the majority now believe it’s Floyd Jr who is holding up the fight and unwilling to risk losing his precious zero.

But The Superstar believes in time, Floyd fans will start to dwindle and become insignificant. Those who remain will forever be scratching their heads and say to themselves, “how did we allow ourselves to get duped so easily?” There is an old saying, “Fool me once. Shame on you. Fool me twice. Shame on me.” But to Floyd fans, there seems to be no end to continue to be fooled by the master of deceit and deception, Pretty Boy Fibber Floyd.
