The Ultimate Fighting Championship heads to San Jose, California with UFC 139: Shogun Rua vs. Dan Henderson on Saturday, November 19, 2011.
The Main Event features two mixed martial arts legends Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and the return of Dan Henderson. Rua was a dominant force in PRIDE and held the UFC 205-pound title after he knocked out Lyoto Machida in their rematch, since then Shogun Rua lost his title to Jon Jones. Dan Henderson is one of the toughest competitors in all of MMA, he is known for his powerful right hand and willingness to fight in the heavyweight division against guys much larger than him. Henderson is the current 205-pound Strikeforce champion and has won titles at two different weight classes in PRIDE.
