Amir Khan just another hype job like Manny Pacquiao

Another Freddie Roach fighter bites the dust and gets exposed. First Manny Pacquiao gets schooled by Juan Manuel Marquez and gets a gift decision, and now Amir Khan who told Timothy Bradley to “Grow Some Balls” got his butt kicked by Lamont Peterson, a guy that Bradley already beat up.

Amir Khan is a sore loser and a braggart. He actually believed that Floyd Mayweather Jr. the pound for pound king was scared to fight him. That is funny after seeing him running around the ring throwing some soft flurries with no power like an amateur in the golden gloves.

I remember Amir Khan said that Manny Pacquiao should retire and can’t beat Floyd Mayweather yet he tries to be like the Pacman with that flurry and get out style, the only problem is he doesn’t have the type of power that Manny has, this is why Khan’s opponents keep coming forward because they don’t respect his punch. Freddie Roach doesn’t seem to know how to teach his fighters any defense at all. Pacquiao and Khan think being macho and telling their opponents to hit them flush on the chin with uppercuts is impressive? No, that is just plain stupid. A great boxer hits and doesn’t get hit, they can fight and adjust to all styles, Khan and Pacquiao can’t. Khan can’t adjust to pressure fighters and Manny can’t adjust to guys who are defensive fighters with good movement. Both of them are products of proper matchmaking by Freddie Roach.

Khan was cheating in the fight against Lamont Peterson and got deducted two points for shoving him. If you look at the fight it was a dirty fight and every time Peterson was able to trap Khan in the corner he was able to blast his body and do damage to Khan. Amir doesn’t know how to fight on the inside at all, he looked like a scared puppy and would grab Peterson in a headlock till the ref stopped it or try to push him away and run fast to avoid getting hit.

Lamont Peterson won that fight fair and square, and I am surprised Amir Khan and his fans are complaining that it was a robbery and the referee was on Peterson’s side. I actually thought the referee should have disqualified Khan for doing many illegal moves such as pulling Lamont’s head down every time he would duck under Amir’s punches, choking Lamont, holding and overly clinching, and repeatedly shoving Lamont Peterson in the face with his elbow and forearms.

Khan cannot handle pressure at all. If a guy like Lamont Peterson who isn’t known for being a pressure fighter was able to trap Khan, imagine what Timothy Bradley would do to Amir Khan? Bradley can pressure guys and destroy their body, and Khan said Bradley isn’t on his level, I think Khan needs to come back down to earth because he just lost to a guy that Tim out boxed easily.

I congratulate Lamont Peterson the new junior welterweight champion of the world and for exposing Amir Khan as another Freddie Roach hype job like Manny Pacquiao. Now we can acknowledge who the man truly is at 140-pounds that would be none other than the undefeated Timothy “Desert Storm” Bradley.
