UFC on FX: Guillard vs. Miller is the first UFC event to be aired on FX as part of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s seven year deal with FOX. The even is held on Friday, January 20, 2012 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee and is headlined by a lightweight showdown between two top contenders Melvin Guillard vs. Jim Miller.
This event will introduce a new cageside announcing team and will not include the mainstay of Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg, but instead will be covered by John Anik and UFC fighter Kenny Florian. Also apart of the broadcast will be Fox sports analyst Jay Glazer, UFC vet Stephan Bonnar, and MMA reporter Ariel Helwani covering the backstage interviews.
Immediately following UFC on FX 1, there will a post-fight results show on Fuel TV at (11:30 PM ET/PT) called “UFC on FUEL TV: Post-fight Show” hosted by Jay Glazyer and Stephan Bonner will discuss the fight results and the overall UFC on FX MMA event.
