PUNTERS on Betfair are confident that Kell Brook has what it takes to defeat Carson Jones when the pair go head-to-head at the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield on Saturday. Undefeated in 27 fights, Brook is the big odds-on favourite at 2-13 to win in front of his home crowd.
Carson Jones has been talking up his chances ahead of the welterweight world title eliminator bout, but odds of 13-2 suggest that the Oklahoma native has it all to do this weekend. The draw trades at 33-1.
Brook is odds-on favourite at 1-2 for victory by way of a knockout, while the 26-year-old can be backed at 13-8 to win by judges’ decision. Jones is out at 17-2 to triumph by KO, and is a 12-1 shot for success by way of judges’ decision.
