HBO Sports returns with the Emmy Award winning groundbreaking reality series “24/7” on September 1st, with 24/7: Chavez Jr./Martinez.
This will be a two-part series of 24/7 and will follow WBC middleweight champion of the world Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. the son of legendary Mexican boxer Julio Cesar Chavez Sr., and one of the top pound for pound boxers in the world Sergio Martinez of Argentina as they prepare for their September 15th Las Vegas showdown at the MGM Grand.
Sergio Martinez (49-2-2, 28 KOs) is a former junior middleweight and middleweight champion from Argentina who trains in Oxnard, CA, and current WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is undefeated (46-0-1, 32 KOs) and trains nearby in Los Angeles at the Wild Card Boxing Club with world famous hall of fame trainer Freddie Roach, 24/7 will be allowed into the fighters private lives as well as their training camps to give the viewers a closer look at what motivates them to be the best.
