UFC on Fuel TV 9 is the second UFC event from Sweden, and will feature the debut of former Dream Middleweight and Light Heavyweight Champion and former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion, Gegard Mousasi, against Swedish born fighter Ilir Latifi.
