The Ultimate Fighter: China Finale/ UFC Fight Night: Dong Hyun Kim vs. John Hathaway will take place at the CotaiArena, in Cotai, Macao on March 1st. The event will be live streamed online through UFC’s Fight Pass.
The TUF China finale will only feature one final, the welterweights Sai Wang vs. Lipeng Zhang, the featherweight final between Guangyou Ning and Jiangping Yang had to be postponed due to an injury Jianping Yang suffered in training.
The main event will pit popular Korean MMA fighter “The Stun Gun” Dong Hyun Kim against British star John Hathaway in a 5 round non title welterweight bout. Hyun’s biggest strength is his grappling ability, Hathaway is an all around MMA fighter with a wrestling background, he hasn’t be active due to injuries but is eager to get back in the octagon to fight again. The winner moves forward to welterweight title contention.
Also on the card is a heavyweight match up between hard hitting Matt Mitrione and Shawn Jordan which could end in Knock out of the night.
