IBF Champ Kell Brook willing to face Amir Khan and knock him out

September 27, 2014 By NB News Leave a Comment

The feud between two of the UK’s top welterweights Kell Brook and Amir Khan has been brewing for years, and it might just finally come to a head.

Prior to Brook beating Shawn Porter winning the IBF welterweight championship, Khan was reluctant to fighting the champ because he felt he wasn’t at his level. Now that Brook has a belt at 147, Khan is more than willing to face him in a UK super fight that could sell out a stadium within minutes.

Brook who is recovering from a knife attack that gashed his leg so deep he nearly died due to the amount of blood he lost from the wound, told the Calender that he was willing to fight Khan with one leg, and still knock him out. His confidence is through the roof since winning the title and the fight will be the hottest ticket in town should the two square of in a Brook vs. Khan mega bout in 2015.
