Jesse ‘Bam’ Rodriguez and Sunny Edwards will put their undefeated records and their championship flyweight titles on the line in a main event unification bout live from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona on Saturday December 16.
Rodriguez (18-0, 11 KOs) is a two-division world champion and he comes from Texas, he trains under the Robert Garcia school of boxing and currently holds the WBO flyweight title.
Edwards (20-0, 4 KOs) comes all the way from Sutton, England and holds the IBF belt at flyweight, and he goes all the way to the United States to unify the titles and move one step closer to undisputed.
In the co-main event, former IBF/WBA super bantamweight champion Murodjon Akhmadaliev (11-1, 8 KOs) of Uzbekistan takes on undefeated Mexican southpaw Kevin Gonzalez (29-0-1, 13 KOs) in a 12-round bout in the 122-lbs division.
The Before The Bell Free prelim live stream will feature four bouts and will be a nice appetizer before the main card on DAZN.
