Manny Pacquiao Doesn’t Have True Boxing Skill Like Mayweather

The sweet science is hit and not get hit, not hit get hit, and let someone hit you and sticking your tongue out while clapping your gloves telling your opponent to bring it.

That is the stupidest strategy in the world, the strategy that Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao uses goes against textbook boxing. Pacquiao is the most flawed boxer in the game. He has no jab, no defense, no head movement and no timing.

If Manny wants to let someone hit him in the face then go ahead but if you want to wind up with damage to your health in the long term that is the best way to do it by fighting like Manny Pacquiao. Look at Amir Khan, Manny’s training partner and friend, Khan was trying that stupid stuff letting Marcos Maidana hit him clean with uppercuts and those power punches took a toll on him eventually getting caught bad and hurt in the later rounds hanging on for dear life. Khan made a mistake because he tried to use the Pacquiao style of hopping around in and out and letting guys hit him. That shows you proof that no one can use that style and be successful because letting someone hit you is not boxing, you are supposed to avoid getting hit. If you like that barbaric style go watch the UFC (Ultimate Fighting) where guys swing for the fences with no head movement.

All this macho crap that Manny Pacquiao does in the ring is not cool. When has getting hit been considered cool or bad ass? Bad ass guys are the ones who fight like they are in the Matrix with beautiful counters and defense. Floyd Mayweather Jr., Pernell Whitaker come to mind, these guys were true skilled boxers and practitioners of the sweet science.

Floyd is like a ballet dancer with grace and style, Manny Pacquiao is like a guy with two left feet and clumsy.

Stop saying Manny Pacquiao has awesome footwork, I can’t stand when people say that because Pacquiao’s footwork is horrible, he is always off balance when he finishes a combo, he lunges with his punches, and he doesn’t have his feet planted when he throws punches. Anyone’s kid brother can fight like Manny Pacquiao just give a hyper kid with an attention disorder some sugary treats and you will see how similar Manny looks to that kid. Manny is hyper and hops around the boxing ring like a energizer bunny rabbit, that is not skill, he does that to see if he gets lucky with his wild punches and of course he get’s lucky because it’s hard for his opponent to time him hopping around like a scared cat.

True skill is Floyd Mayweather. Floyd moves so smoothly, times his punches, counters you when you make a mistake, blocks, parry, catches, slips and dodges so many shots. Floyd has amazing footwork and angles he can hit you when you least expect it while you can’t penetrate his shoulder roll defense.

The man is a true masterpiece. Everyone should order Floyd Mayweather’s pay per views anytime he fights because you are witnessing a rarity, you are witnessing greatness and he won’t be boxing much longer so enjoy Floyd while you can or else you will regret it. 10 years from now you will say “I can’t believe I bought into that hype job Manny Pacquiao and said so many negative things about Floyd Mayweather Jr.” Only the real boxing aficionados recognize Floyd’s greatness because they know boxing and don’t buy into the Pacman hype.
