The answer is YES, knowing team Manny Pacquiao’s history he will avoid the winner of Timothy Bradley vs. Devon Alexander.
Don’t get your hopes up for Manny Pacquiao to fight a slick prime fighter anytime soon. If he beats Shane Mosley on May 7 he won’t fight anyone else outside of Top Rank Promotions because Bob Arum is gonna keep his fights inhouse or against over the hill fighters.
I am supporting Shane Mosley when he fights Manny Pacquiao because someone has to expose this media hype job and I hope Shane still has something left in the tank to destroy Pacman and expose the truth to the whole world that Manny and his team been cherry picking opponents.
Does anyone really believe Bob Arum when he says he will try to make a match with Floyd Mayweather Jr. after the Shane Mosley fight? I sure don’t. Arum won’t even put Manny Pacquiao against Andre Berto or the winner of the Timothy Bradley vs. Devon Alexander fight this Saturday on HBO.
History shows that Manny Pacquiao and his people have avoided every single slick fighter put in his way from Zahir Raheem, Joan Guzman, Nate Campbell, Floyd Mayweather Jr, Andre Berto, Tim Bradley and Sergio Martinez.
Like I said don’t get your hopes up to see Manny Pacquiao against the winner of Bradley-Alexander, I mean this guy didn’t even want anything to do with Juan Manuel Marquez after those two tough fights. To beat a slick fighter or counter puncher it takes intelligence and Pacquiao is just a wild brawler who can’t even adjust in a fight.
The next fight Arum is gonna put Manny in is with either Ricardo Mayorga, or rematches with Miguel Cotto or Ricardo Mayorga.
