Ignore The Negative Comments Thrown At Manny Pacquiao

The people who are discrediting pound for pound boxer Manny Pacquiao are doing it in retaliation of the negative media coverage that Floyd Mayweather receives. They use the same comments that are being projected at Floyd Mayweather but they are putting them on Manny Pacquiao. They are envious of the positive media coverage and the love and adoration that Pacquiao receives over their favorite fighter. So in order to answer back they make Manny Pacquiao the enemy and slander him calling him negative things and discrediting all of his wins to defend and show unconditional love for Mayweather.

The truth is Manny Pacquiao has accomplished more than Mayweather in the boxing ring and outside of it. When the media and other boxing scribes say negative things about Floyd or criticize his actions outside the ring and his career inside the ring, that is because Floyd brought it upon himself and there is plenty of truth to their remarks regarding Mayweather. Don’t get mad at the media and boxing writers for slamming Floyd Mayweather because Floyd doesn’t carry himself in a way that would earn respect, he ducks and dodges tough opponents, disrespects the legends by calling them bums,  he assaults security and has a history of getting confrontational with women.

Floyd is a known Ducker, he ducked a prime Antonio Margarito, Miguel Cotto, Kostya Tszyu, Oscar De La Hoya rematch, Joel Casamayor, and currently Manny Pacquiao. A lot of Mayweather supporters are saying that Floyd is similar to Sugar Ray Leonard before he fought Marvin Hagler, saying that Floyd is just letting the fight build up so it generates more money, but that is not true at all. Sugar Ray Leonard never ducked Marvin Hagler! Leonard was fighting at 147 and Hagler was a 160 pounder, but Floyd is actually ducking a guy in his OWN division, Leonard wasn’t sure if he should move up to 160 to challenge the bigger stronger Hagler, and his eye injury prevented him from boxing for a while, Floyd is an actual DUCKER. He is trying to use the Leonard technique on Manny, but the difference is Manny is in his division, and in order to be the best you have to fight the best in your division and Manny and Floyd are ranked at the top of the pound for pound boxing lists.

So don’t believe anything negative directed at Manny Pacquiao. Pacman is fighting whoever his promoter puts in front of him. Floyd is just using Pacquiao’s name to get people believing he will fight Manny Pacquiao when the reality is he won’t and is waiting for Manny to lose or slow down. Floyd will go back on vacation if he beats Victor Ortiz and he will be laughing all the way to the bank after he suckered us into ordering his pay per view only for him to avoid Pacquiao again for another year or wait for Manny to slow down so he doesn’t have to fight a prime Pacquiao.

I am an avid fan of boxing and video games. My first fight of memory was watching Prince Naseem Hamed destroy Kevin Kelly. I enjoy all aspects of the sport. My favorite current boxer is Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao. My favorite boxing match is Diego Corrales vs. Jose Luis Castillo 1. I love watching boxing on Pay-Per-View more than being there live because you can really enjoy and watch the action from the best view.
