In the United States of America you are innocent until proven guilty, I have seen some articles and media taking shots at Manny Pacquiao for refusing to take Olympic style blood tests before his March 13, HBO ppv bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Now it’s being reported that no matter who Pacquiao fights other boxers will demand the same blood tests of Manny Pacquiao.
Why all of a sudden the man who many claimed beat up old, drained and shot fighters who were not impressed with Pacquiao’s performance even making comments like “my grandma could of beat up Oscar De La Hoya or Ricky Hatton that night” now believe Manny Pacquiao is on Steroids or Performance enhancers?
So now Pacquiao looked so impressive that you are riding the next wave of Pacquiao hate to justify your hatred towards this man?
Floyd Mayweather Sr. has said Pacquiao has no skills, even with steroids his son Mayweather Jr. can beat him, well if you said Pacquiao has no skills and your son can beat him like you claim why go through all this extreme blood testing only for Manny Pacquiao?
Why because the truth is Manny Pacquiao is the most impressive fighter to come out of boxing in a long time, what he has done is so mind blowing people keep looking for a reason why he won and defied their own logic on why Pacquiao should lose.
In reality it shows that they believe what Manny Pacquiao is doing is so unbelievable that only a man on some type of steroids can do what he is doing.
As a boxing fan let’s not throw Manny Pacquiao under the bus, the Mayweather’s have gone far out of their way to insult the Nevada State Athletic Commission who handles the drug testing for fights in Las Vegas by insisting on Olympic style drug testing before a bout.
If anyone should be questioned it should be Mayweather’s camp. What gives them the right to insist on such tests and calling the fight in their favor? Mayweather Jr. is the same man who was unprofessional enough to not make weight in his comeback fight with Juan Manuel Marquez.
Manny Pacquiao has always been very professional but because of his own belief that taking blood will weaken him people are quick to throw him under the bus? Who are we to stomp on someone elses beliefs, if Mayweather Jr. really wants this fight he will come to a compromise.
Seems to me in all honesty they are looking for a way out to ruin Pacquiao’s name and go on to face another easier opponent to preserve Mayweather’s unbeaten record.
Mayweather Jr. has to prove us wrong not Manny Pacquiao! Mayweather needs to fight Manny Pacquiao for the fans and for his legacy.

Ok, for those of you that are saying that Manny cheats. Think about it;if he cheats, why would he agreed to having 3 blood tests? Are you saying he’s planning on taking dope during his training camp? If he does, then his camp is filled with morons. Ok, do you steal when you know you’re being watched closely? if you’re saying he’s cheating, then why would he agreed to 3 blood tests? it just doesn’t make any sense. 3 or 7, it’s the same. the only problems with 7 times are that it’s invasive and may throws pacman off his game. he’s an extremely superstitious guy, as you can see when it comes to god and the last time he draw blood, he lost to Morales. another thing,they want to take blood 7 times. That’s 7 times! each time it takes about 1-2 days to recuperate that’s abot 14 days of training wasted. i believe that floyd knows that this would give him the edge, therefore, he’s forcing it on pacman.

I like the article. I am a boxing fan, not just a Manny Pacquiao fan and I believe Mayweather is affraid to face Manny. I can’t believe people and writers are all starting to believe Floyd Sr., with is accusations of Manny using illegal substances. In my opinion, people aren’t used to seeing an Asian fighter dominate a sport that has always been dominated by American fighters. Just respect what Manny has accomplished and due away with these allegations! Honestly, now really think about it, do you really think that Manny is a cheater! Come on, he is extremely respectful to his oppenents and exemplifies true sportsmanship. In short….the reality of this is that all this is just HYPE! They’ve come up b.s excuses like manny’s scared of needles (despite all the tattoos) or that the blood test would drain him (the blood required is really tiny) in spite of the fact that floyd would be subjected to the same tests.

The Mayweather camp is suggesting that BOTH fighters undergo the same type of testing every Olympic athlete goes through, including boxers. I have never heard of any of them being weakend by giving less than a teaspoon off blood on random occasions. Cyclist are asked to give blood in the middle of the Tour de France & they still perform just fine. The whole purpose of random testing is that you don’t know when its coming. Pacquiao’s idea of giving blood 3 times, once now, once 30 days out & once after the fight is not random. Also HGH only stays in your blood for around 2-3 days. Is Mayweather an arrogant, loudmouth asshole, yes. But at least he’s not a cheater.

It truly is upsetting that this recent news comes before Christmas and really I put Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions at fault.
If Floyd Jr. doesn’t drop this silly sacrifice of a blood test then I believe he will be regarded as the biggest yellow belly in the mid west.

If Manny is really a Doper, he definitely will get doped on fight night and whatever dope he has will still be in his system right after the fight in which he is willing to be blood tested. Demanding an unprecedented blood test conducted by USADA for a professional non-olympic boxing match is telling the Nevada State Athletic Commision that their testing protocol is substantard and that all previous fights including Mayweather’s are subject to suspicion and doubt. From my vantage point this demand from the Mayweather camp is a lame to cover their fear of the seemingly improbable – a loss or even a humililating KO. But then what should he be fearing about? He is the absolutely best counterpuncher in the business, is he not? A perfect unblemished record in the sport. He demolished Marquez in his return fight. I totally agree with this article. Why on earth Pacquiao the only boxer to be required this “Olympic style testing”? He passed all tests required by legal authorities. Why all of a sudden Pacquiao is being singled out. It is unfortunate that envious people are behind this shenanigan.

Mayweather wanted the fight at 154lb but since Pacman wanted 147, he agreed. Mayweather wanted 10oz gloves but since Pacman wanted 8oz, he agreed. Mayweather also agreed to the $10 million overweight penalty. That’s 3 of Pacman demands that he has agreed on. Shouldn’t Pacman agree to this 1. That’s why they call it NEGOTIATING.
